We charge a flat rate of €7.50.
We offer free shipping on orders over €140.00.
International Shipping:
Shipping costs outside Germany (including VAT)

Delivery Times
Unless otherwise stated in the respective offer, delivery within Germany takes 2- 5 days, for international deliveries within 2-5 days of order confirmation (or, if prepayment is agreed upon, after receipt of your payment).
Please note that deliveries are not made on Sundays or public holidays.
If you have ordered items with different delivery times, we will ship them together in one shipment unless we have made other arrangements with you. In this case, the delivery time will be determined by the item with the longest delivery time in your order.
Logistics Provider
We ship all packages exclusively with DHL. Based on 15 years of experience in online retail and our own experience with online deliveries, we believe we have selected one of the best and most reliable logistics providers in Europe for you, our customers. Even though DHL/Post is not among the cheapest providers in this sector, we appreciate the short delivery times and the fact that our goods are usually delivered personally.
A note about us
Please note that we are a small family business. All packages are packed by us personally, and all items available in our shop are in stock. Should you have any complaints regarding the goods, packaging, or transport damage, please contact us by phone or email. If you are ever dissatisfied with the goods or service, please let us know directly. If you are satisfied, please tell your friends and acquaintances and recommend us, just like the thousands of other satisfied customers have done over the past 15 years.
Returns
Please send returns to the address listed in our legal notice. Please include a note or the invoice in the package so we can process your return more easily. We deliberately do not offer free return shipping labels.
