The Grand-LAGUIOLE PassionFrance with corkscrew was designed by the two-time Meilleur Ouvrier de France Robert Beillonnet. In addition to its elegant lines, it features a number of constructive and functional improvements, such as an absolutely impact-free blade secured by its own rivet, a tapered, longer corkscrew offset to the side, and other sublime details such as missharpness, back bevel and a forged mouche. It is 100% handmade in a studio in Thiers. This LAGUIOLES from PassionFrance is protected. As a sign of its authenticity, it bears the coat of arms of PassionFrance®, the Coq, on the blade.
